Watched Varisu film in Prasad multiplex yesterday after i booked the show tickets in @bookmyshow app with f and b combo.
I had transferred the three tickets for easy checkin
After intermission, when i asked the counter for the f and b booking that i had made in bookmyshow, i was told to show the code in alphabets starting wwith the letter w.i couldn't find the code in the m ticket.i missed around thirty minutes of the post intermission movie of Varisu.after chatting in bookmyshow, i got the cides by e-mail.
There should be a better way
