When the Management has offered to supply oxygen from the ,at present closed plant, the matter has reached the court and even though there's opposition from the locals for supplying oxygen from the plant, a well considered decision needs to be taken. Territorial army can be used to give security while it's operated. The time needed to restart the plant also to be taken into consideration. Further Tuticorin has railway link with which the entire nation can be supplied oxygen. Even though Tamilnadu has excess Oxygen production capacity, the availability at the required time at the treatment centers is an issue.
In this scenario, the trains kept prepared for treating patients can be moved to those locations where oxygen supply is present. An app can be prepared for patients to signup and a coordinated response can be arranged using a centralized monitoring team, whic would have live knowledge/visibiility on vacant beds or availability of required materials for treating patients. instead of patient blindly going to the nearerst hospitals, the app where they have registered can direct them to those hospitals or treatment centers where vancant beds are available. trains equipped with beds can be placed near those major cities where information is being got that all available beds are being filledup. this would ensure non crowding of those places and the trains can take the load of patients.
